Progress Repport

How far along?: 36w4d
Total weight gain: A lot. About 20lbs.
How big is baby?: My guess would be around 6.5lbs or so
Maternity clothes: Of course :(
Stretch marks?: Unfortunately. It's like they struck in full force overnight a couple weeks ago
Sleep?: Not so good. I am pretty tired a lot of the time
Best Moment this Week: Hmm...I guess realizing that our little guy will be here so soon and doing our hospital tour on Sunday
cravings: Still the tea. LOVE that stuff.
Labor signs: Not too much to speak of; A few contractions that weren't painful. 1cm and 50%effaced
Belllybutton: Still flat. I don't think it's going anywhere
What I miss: This week, I really want to sleep on my stomach
What I am looking forward to: Getting things ironed out and ready at work, hearing about my leave and meeting my little Braylan!

Happy Thanksgiving!

34 Weeks

How far along? 34 weeks exactly
Total weight gain: Maybe 12-14lbs? Go to the Dr on Monday, so they will tell me then
How big is baby? My guess would around 5 lbs or so, but maybe a little less
Maternity clothes: Yes, but still wearing some of my old clothes too
Stretch marks? :( Unfortunately, some have crept up on my lower stomach
Sleep: I have my good nights and my bad
Best moment this week: I would have to say today; Thanksgiving and my only day off.
Cravings: Arizona Raspberry Ice Tea (only in the big tall can)
Labor signs: Not a whole lot to speak of; a few cramps here and there, but no biggie
Belly Button: I would say it is completely flat but I think the top is going to be popping soon
What I miss: I've really wanted some sushi this week, but that's a no-go
What I am looking forward to: Hmm...finishing setting things up, getting things more organized and ready to go for when Braylan is born and getting my approval for my FMLA leave

Finally got our crib!

Just starting to put together the crib. He's a good handyman. He even reads the directions!

My handyman!

It's starting to look like a crib!

The reward for putting the crib together. Modern Warfare 2.

Our little Braylan's crib.

Total weight gain: 10-12lbs
How big is baby?: Had an ultrasound 11/6 that said 3lbs 11oz. Yay!
Maternity clothes: Some, but still wearing a lot of pre-pregnancy clothes too.
Stretch marks: Nope. I've been using Palmer's Tummy Butter religiously.
Sleep: Waking up a lot more throughout the night tossing and turning and then waking up at 4 wide awake, making me exhausted mid-afternoon
Best moment this week: Our baby shower and finishing up all of our baby shopping
Movement: All day and all night. He's a hyper little one.
Cravings: Um, it varies day to day really.

What I miss: A good night's sleep
What I am looking forward to: Thanksgiving and having our crib delivered and set up with all the bedding and everything.
Milestone: Feeling really prepared for Braylan's arrival

Braylan's Baby Shower!

Today was our baby shower. I was so happy for the people who were able to make it. There were a few poop and baby food games and tons of presents! We had a really good time.

That huge pile of clothes on my lap all game from Wayne's Grandma Lingle! She made us the most awesome blankets, and gave us a few packs of blankets to boot.
My Aunt Shannon and cousin Kirsten really went overboard with our swing. It was probably our number one most wanted item, but we didn't expect that anyone would get it for us. It's basically the greatest baby swing out there and we LOVE it!

I think this is probably Wayne's number one favorite gift. Like father, like son. Huge thanks to Gram for getting Braylan the most awesome Broncos gear!
